HRT.med is an educational resource about hormone replacement therapy for menopause. We do not require account creation, and we never ask for your email address or phone number to use the match tool. Our goal is to collect as little data as possible and avoid building user-specific profiles.
Data We Process
HRT.med handles standard request metadata through our hosting provider (for example, timestamps, requested pages, and IP addresses) to operate and protect the service. If you reach out by email, we receive your address and message. We also track aggregate, non-identifying events such as outbound clicks by provider slug.
Analytics
We rely on Umami, a self-hosted, privacy-first analytics tool that records aggregate page-view data without placing cookies or storing personal identifiers on your device. Analytics data remains on infrastructure we operate and is never disclosed to third parties. Google Search Console is used to monitor search performance. These tools serve measurement and troubleshooting purposes only and are not used to construct personal profiles.
Outbound Links
When you click a clinic link, you are redirected to a third-party website. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Our outbound links may include non-personal attribution parameters (UTMs) so partners can understand referral traffic; we do not include personal information in these parameters.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your personal information is never sold or shared as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). HRT.med does not use personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising of any kind.
Your Privacy Rights (California Residents)
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request its deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because we collect only aggregate, non-identifying analytics data and do not maintain user accounts, there is typically no personal information to disclose or delete. International Visitors
HRT.med is US-focused. If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
